Two ant farms are presented side by side. Each has a set of speakers mounted on the back side. The ants are presented in a pseudo-scientific experiment that references the classic plant experiment where different sounds are played cause plants grow stronger or weaker. The left ant farm has an audio track that is sourced from the film " Agriculture USA (1962)", This film is a celebration of 100 years of the United States Department of Agriculture. The right ant farm's speakers have an audio track from the film "Look to the Land (1953)", which is a plea for sustainable land and resource use. In an effort to detect what ant colonies have 'better' tunnels, viewers question the propaganda like messages related to farming, and the industry all together.
