The Waabizipinikaan-Ziibi Filmmaking Residency was a rural, low-res program for filmmakers from across disciplines that encouraged sharing, collaboration, and the use of local resources for the creation of short experimental films. The residency program ran from 2014 – 2017 with 15 residents over the 4 year period. With a custom built over-water screen, public screenings of the residents films were held at Pilot Vibe Studios, Lily Springs Farm, and Silverwood Park.
